 Part I Overview

  SHANDONG BAYENER GROUP CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the "BAYENER") , established in Rizhao City in Shandong Province, is a new energy comprehensive enterprise that combines production module (smelting of coke, washing and cleaning of coal, gas production and supply, urban central heating), trade module (domestic trade and import and export of coke, coal, coking coal, semi coke, coke peas and coke breeze), logistics and transportation module, new science and technology module, new energy module and other industrial chains. At present, the group has a total production capacity of 1.6 million tons of coke, 3 million tons of coal washing, among which the original production capacity of coke is 600,000 tons. After the new project is put into operation in 2023, the new production capacity of coke is 1 million tons, the new LNG capacity is 80,000 tons, and the new hydrogen energy is 60 million cubic meters. The group covers more than 10 affiliated companies of all kinds with more than 1,000 staff in total. In 2022, the Group achieved business revenue of 6.07 billion yuan and sold 2.27 million tons of all sorts of coal & coke products. 

Part II Production

  Shanxi Tianxing Coal Gasification Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianxing"), a coking enterprise operated by Shandong Bayener Group Co., Ltd, was established in August 2003 and registered in Shanxi Province, China's largest coal coke production base. At present, Tianxing has an annual coke capacity of 600,000 tons. For many years, it has been producing first-class and quasi first-class coke of high quality, and can customize the coke of required quality according to customers' needs. For more than ten years, the coke produced by Tianxing has been enjoying a high reputation in the Chinese market.

  With total investment of RMB 1.84 billion, new project of Tianxing is expected to be officially put into operation in April 2023, which adopts the most advanced production process and environmental protection technology in the world with the main construction contents: two sets of 6.05 meters stamp-charging coke ovens, double-supporting coke dry quenching system, de-sulfurizing system, crude benzene device recovery device, sewage treatment station and other chemical production recovery, production assistance and environmental protection treatment facilities. After being put into operation, it’ll annually produce 1.01 million tons of coke, 60,000 tons of tar, 14,700 tons of crude benzene, 19,700 tons of ammonium sulfide, 80,000 tons of LNG and 60 million cubic meters of hydrogen energy. The future capacity of the new project will continue to look at customized coke .

  Shandong Bayener Group Co., Ltd currently has a coal washing plant in Shanxi Province, with an annual coal washing capacity of 3 million tons. The washing process adopts raw coal mixed washing, jigging main re-washing, heavy medium separation of granular coal, direct flotation of coal slime, tailing coal concentration, pressure filtration and recovery combined processes. Be able to wash all kinds of coal according to customer needs.

Part III Logistics and Sales Services

  BAYENER, has set up logistics and transportation service company, Qingdao Port Container warehousing Company and Rizhao Port Container warehousing company, etc. Logistics and transportation are mainly carried out by railway, sea and automobile transportation. After coke production by Xiangyuan, the coke will be directly transferred to the railway special line from full-closed coke yard through the trestle for loading, so as to greatly ensure the quality of coke during transport and loading. BAYENER, has deeper cooperation with Shandong Port Group Qingdao port and Shandong Port Group Rizhao port and Tianjin Port, etc., as high-quality customer of the above ports, and can get the best freight services from the ports.

  The domestic sales market of BAYENER mainly covers South China(Fujian, Guangdong and Guangxi) and East China (Jiangsu, Anhui and Zhejiang), etc. As one of the most important coke suppliers in the above market with its annual coke sales volume of about 2 million tons, BAYENER has been enjoying a very high quality reputation in the above market.International market mainly include: Southeast Asia, South Africa, India, the Middle East, Europe, etc.
