Shandong Bayener Group Co., Ltd currently has two major coking production projects with an annual capacity of 1.6 million tons of coke. They are Tianxing Coking Project and Xiangyuan Coking Project respectively.

The coking project of Shanxi Tianxing Coal Gasification Group Co., Ltd. was started in August 2003 and put into production in 2005, which is now the main coking production project of Bairen Group. The main business is: coke smelting, chemical production and recovery, gas production and supply and urban centralized heating, with a registered capital of 10,000,000 RMB. Now Tianxing has a total annual production capacity of 600,000 tons of coke, covering a total area of more than 2,200 mu.

The company adopts 2×51-hole SC43-98 tamping coke oven; the gas purification adopts PDS desulfurization catalyst, spraying saturator, cross pipe final cooling and oil and benzene washing process. The process technology is mature and reliable. The coal preparation adopts the process of coal distribution before powder, coal distribution in the coal distribution bunker, electronic automatic batching scale measurement, coking adopts the side loading coal pounding coking technology with 4.3m high charring chamber, corresponding dust removal ground station and wet coke quenching; the coke sieving system adopts the conventional classification scheme; the gas purification and recovery system has cold drum, electric capture, desulfurization and sulfur recovery, ammonium sulfide and ammonia evaporation, benzene washing process; crude benzene, tar and other chemical products have storage and other facilities. There are storage facilities for crude benzene, tar and other chemical products. There are more than 600 employees in the project, including 83 managers and 65 senior managers and engineers.

The project has received strong support from the county government since the project was established and put into operation, making the project progress smoothly and making a great contribution to ensuring gas for urban residents in Lingshi and Tunliu counties, the "blue sky and clear water" project in the two counties, ensuring social stability in the two counties and promoting economic development in the two counties.

Xiangyuan coking project started in 2019 and put into operation in the first half of 2023, which is a new type of coking project. With a total investment of 1.84 billion yuan, Xiangyuan adopts the most advanced international production technology and environmental protection technology, and the main construction contents are: two 6.05m tamping coke ovens, double supporting dry quenching units, desulfurization, crude benzene, sewage treatment station and other chemical production recovery, production auxiliary and environmental protection governance facilities; 70,000 tons/year coke oven gas to LNG new coal chemical project. The project has an annual output of 1.01 million tons of coke, 60,000 tons of tar, 14,700 tons of crude benzene, 19,700 tons of ammonium sulfide, 70,000 tons of LNG, and 0.9 billion cubic meters of hydrogen energy. The coke produced by Xiangyuan is the main sales product of Bayener Group in the future. Xiangyuan currently customizes the production of coke according to the demand And selects the best quality coking coal raw materials in terms of procurement and customizes the production of coke with high quality indicators such as special grade coke, first grade coke and quasi first grade coke, which are extremely stable. At present, the indicators of first grade and quasi-first grade coke index products are more stable.
